Freelance writer Samantha (Rose McIver) and her aspiring chef husband Jay (Utkarsh Ambudkar) inherit a rundown country estate and decide to turn it into a dream bed & breakfast. However, following an accident, Samantha discovers she has the ability to see ghosts everywhere and her new home is inhabited by the most eclectic cluster of spooks one can imagine.
