As Yanko finds work in the village, the local doctor decides to teach him to speak English, and Amy finds herself growing ever closer to the stranger. But in a world where outsiders are feared, has Yanko truly found safe harbour?
“Screenplay writer Tim Willocks has done a masterful job delineating the passionate love affair between these two outsiders who find in each other all they need. Even more impressive is director Beeban Kidron's respect for the mystery of human personality.” - Spirituality & Practice
