Based on the 1979 TV series Reincarnated, this Shaw Brothers film adaptation broke box office records, packed with vicious swordplay and invigorating rivalry.
Orphan Yun Fei Yang works as a lowly janitor at the Wudang Kung Fu School. While the students torment him, they do not know that at night he is secretly training in swordcraft of his own, with a mysterious masked man. As the once-a-decade fight between the Wudang school and the rival Ru Di Invincible Clan draws closer, Yun becomes an important piece of the puzzle, alongside his love Lun Wan'er, and a mysterious new arrival…
This twisted tale of betrayal takes wuxia to the most extreme, culminating in an epic finale that must be seen to be believed.
