Delivery Policy

After placing an order online, you will receive an email confirmation. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder if the email is not in your inbox.

If all items in your order are In Stock, your order will be sent out within 10 business days. If there are any expected delays in sending your order, we will contact you.

Orders containing a mixture of Pre-Order and In Stock items will be shipped out as one consolidated delivery once Pre-Order titles become available in the warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: When your order is sent you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post.

Refund & Returns Policy

Please use our Contact Form if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

We do not allow refunds on Pre-Orders. However, please use our Contact Form to let our team know your issue, so we can grant exceptions in rare circumstances.

If you wish to return unopened items to us, please use our Contact Form.

Please note any refunds issued will incur a 5% Administration and Handling fee of the order total.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post with tracking. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Via Vision Entertainment will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. All sales are final.
